In addition to the above-mentioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard disk in the browser you use and through which certain information flows to the party that sets the cookie (in this case by us). Cookies cannot run programmes or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet offer more user-friendly and effective overall.
This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functionality of which are explained below:
- transient cookies
- permanent cookies
Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. This includes in particular session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which different queries from your browser can be assigned to the common session. This will allow your computer to be recognised when you return to our website. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or close your browser.
Permanent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie. You can delete cookies at any time in the security settings of your browser.
You can configure your browser settings according to your wishes and refuse the acceptance of third party cookies or all cookies, for example. Please note that you may not be able to use all functions of this website.
With your consent you can subscribe to our newsletter, with which we inform you about our current interesting offers and QUNDIS news.
We distribute our email newsletter via the service provider: CleverReach GmbH CO. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede.
The information you provide us with on registration will only be passed on to CleverReach for the purposes of the newsletter. In this respect a contract for order processing according to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded.
For the registration to our newsletter we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after your registration we will send you an email to the specified email address in which we ask you to confirm that you would like the newsletter to be sent. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month.
In addition, we store your IP address and the time of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to be able to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clarify a possible misuse of your personal data. Only your email address, first and last name are required so that we can send you the newsletter. The indication of further, separately marked data is voluntary and is used to be able to address you personally. After your confirmation we will save your email address for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6 Section 1 sentence 1 a GDPR.
We would like to point out that we evaluate your user behavior when sending the newsletter. For this analysis, the emails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which represent single-pixel image files stored on our website. For the analysis we link the data and web beacons mentioned in cookies with your email address and an individual ID. The data is collected exclusively in pseudonymized form, which means that the IDs are therefore not linked to your other personal data and any direct personal reference is excluded. You can object to this tracking at any time by clicking on the separate link provided in each email or by informing us by means of another contact method. The information is stored for as long as you have subscribed to the newsletter. After any cancellation we store the data purely statistically and anonymously.
You can revoke your consent to the sending of the newsletter at any time and cancel the newsletter. You can declare your revocation by clicking on the link provided in every newsletter email, http://www.qundis.de/newsletter/abmelden or by sending a message to the contact details given in the legal notice.

If you wish to use our download center, you must provide the following data for registration:
– Customer number
– Salutation (e.g. Mr/Ms)
– First name and surname

The data is collected exclusively in pseudonymized form. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for registration, i.e. your registration is not complete until you have previously confirmed your registration via a confirmation email sent to you for this purpose by clicking on the link contained in the email. If you do not provide confirmation within 2 weeks, your registration will automatically be deleted from our database. It is obligatory to provide the above-mentioned data; you can provide all further information voluntarily by using our Download Center.
If you use our download center, we store your required data until you finally delete your access. Furthermore, we store the voluntary data provided by you for the duration of your use of the Download Center, unless you delete it beforehand. You can manage and change all your information in the protected customer area. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Section 1f GDPR.
The personal data provided in connection with your online application will be collected, processed and used exclusively for this purpose by our HR department.
You have a right of revocation at any time and can exercise your rights to information, correction or deletion in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR.
Objection against or revocation of consent to the processing of your data
If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can revoke this at any time. Such a revocation influences the permissibility of processing your personal data after you have given it to us.
If we base the processing of your personal data on the weighing of interests, you may object to the processing. This is the case if processing is not necessary in particular to fulfil a contract with you, as is described by us in the following description of the functions involved. If you make such an objection, we request you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of a justified objection, we will examine the situation and either stop or adjust our data processing, or point out to you our compelling reasons worthy of protection, on the basis of which we need to continue processing the data.
You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie is set to prevent future collection of your data when you visit this website:
Disable Google Analytics
This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. It is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
To use Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.
The use of Google Maps is in the interest of making our website appealing and to facilitate the location of places specified by us on the website. This constitutes a justified interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO.
Further information about handling user data, can be found in the data protection declaration of Google at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
Google Web Fonts
For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose your browser has to establish a direct connection to Google servers. Google thus becomes aware that our web page was accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web fonts is done in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of our website. This constitutes a justified interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font is used by your computer.
Use of social media plug-ins
We currently use the following social media plug-ins: Twitter, Xing, LinkedIn, YouTube. We use the so-called two-click solution. This means that when you visit our site, no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of the plug-ins. You can recognise the provider of the plug-in by the marking on the box above its initial letter or the logo. We offer you the possibility to communicate directly with the provider of the plug-in via the button. The plug-in provider only receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online offer if you click on the marked field and thereby activate it. In addition, the data stated under “General data collection when you visit our website” of this declaration is transmitted. In the case of Xing, the IP address is anonymised immediately after collection, according to the respective provider in Germany. By activating the plug-in, personal data is transferred from you to the respective plug-in provider and stored there (for US providers in the USA). Since the plug-in provider collects data mainly via cookies, we recommend that you delete all cookies before clicking on the grayed-out box using your browser’s security settings.
We have no influence on the data collected and data processing processes of the plug-in providers, nor are we aware of the full extent of their data collection, the purposes of processing, or the storage periods. We also have no information on the deletion of the data collected by the plug-in provider.
The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as user profiles and uses these for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such an evaluation takes place in particular (including for not logged in users) for the representation of demand-oriented advertising and in order to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have a right of objection to the creation of these user profiles, but you must contact the respective plug-in provider to exercise this right. Through the plug-ins we offer you the possibility to interact with social networks and other users, so that we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of the plug-ins is Art. 6 Section 1 sentence 1 f GDPR.
The data is transferred regardless of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in there. If you are logged in with the plug-in provider, your data collected on our website will be directly assigned to your existing account with the plug-in provider. If you click on the activated button and, for example, link the page, the plug-in provider also stores this information in your user account and shares it publicly with your contacts. We recommend that you log out regularly after using a social network, especially before activating the button, as this enables you to avoid the data being assigned to your profile with the plug-in provider.
For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider, please refer to the privacy policies of these providers as notified below. They will also provide you with further information about your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy.

Integration of YouTube videos
We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offering. These are stored on http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. [They are all integrated in the “extended data protection mode”, i.e. no data about you as a user will be transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos will the data referred to in Section 2 be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transmission.]
When you visit the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website. In addition, the data stated under “General data collection when you visit our website” of this declaration is transmitted. This is independent of whether YouTube provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your information will be directly associated with your account. If you do not wish to be associated with your profile on YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as user profiles and uses it for purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such evaluation takes place in particular (even for unlogged-in users) to provide demand-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, but for this purpose you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.
